We select only the highest-quality meat and produce available, and Memorial Concierge shoppers pride themselves on picking the best products for you.

Use the Search feature to find the product you want. In fact, we have Produce Specialists who are trained to choose only the freshest produce available. And before an order can leave the store, it's checked for accuracy and proper packaging.

How do I get started

If you are a new user click on the Create Account link and you can register and log on.

If you are a member, enter your email address and your password to log on. You do not have to register to browse through our site.

We respect your privacy; we do not share your personal information with anyone.

You can purchase your groceries in three ways:

Browse the aisles

Use the Browse the Aisles link to shop by aisle


Search for item

Use the Search feature to find the product you want.


Upload grocery list

Using the Upload link, upload your shopping list from your mobile phone, word document; excel spreadsheet or even a picture of your grocery list.

Include a list of the products, the size of each item and any instructions or special notes that you want your Shopping Associates to be aware of when shopping for your groceries.

We will call you to process your payment.



Where do my products come from and how do you deliver them

Your products come from your local grocery stores:

HEB, Kroger, Randall’s, or Whole Foods*.


We shop from the store most convenient, in order to deliver your groceries in a timely manner.

*If you choose to have your groceries from Whole Foods, please send us your grocery list via email, or over the phone. Please indicate that you want your groceries purchased from Whole Foods.

State clearly your items and size of each item. We will process your order once we have shopped for your groceries

Your Shopping Associate takes great pride in hand selecting the best products for your order and any special request that you may have.


Your order is carefully packaged in specially designed temperature-controlled containers, paying close attention to delicate and temperature sensitive products to obtain maximum freshness.


How can I request a product

If there is a product that you like that we don’t carry, let us know by providing as much information as possible. We regularly review these request when deciding what products to add.



At Memorial Concierge our goal is perfect orders. Occasionally, a product you order may be temporarily unavailable. You can choose the following when checking out:

• Allow comparable substitutions

• Do not substitute for any items unless otherwise indicated


Here's how it works:

Whenever we make a substitution, you will not be charged more than the price of the original item ordered. You can choose to substitute with the same size but a different brand or the same brand with different size. If you allow products to be chosen for you, we will do our best in meeting your expectations.

Occasionally items may be selected that are either lower or higher in price than the original choice.

Please note that we do not offer online rain checks for items that may be unavailable on the day of your delivery. Your Shopping Associate will alert you if a product has been substituted.

If the substituted item is unacceptable, just return it to the driver for credit to your Memorial Concierge account.

You can indicate your substitution preference when checking out.



Do you deliver to my area

Currently Memorialconcierge.com offers delivery to residential and corporate locations to all Houston locations, Katy, Sugarland and Woodlands.  Delivery charge may vary based on delivery address.

We are continually expanding, please call to check if your area is in our delivery zone.

If we do not cover your area, please let us know of your interest in getting groceries delivered to you and we will contact you as we expand.


Selecting delivery time

Deliveries are made six days a week. Deliveries for each day are available in 2 hour window. Delivery times are first come first serve, and popular delivery times can fill quickly, so it is best to plan ahead.

You can select a delivery time by clicking on the “schedule delivery” when you checkout.

Please note: While we will make every effort to deliver your order within the delivery window that you have selected, unforeseen events such as bad weather, traffic, and other extraordinary events may cause our Shopping Associates to deliver your order after the delivery window.

Can I have deliveries go to different addresses

If you will like to have your order go to a different address, you can change your current address in My Account before checking out. If you are placing an order for someone else, you may create a new account with that person’s delivery address.


If I am not home, will you leave my groceries unattended

We do not leave your groceries unattended, so please arrange to have someone over the age of 18 present at the time of delivery. If no one is at home at the time of the delivery, the driver will call using the phone number provide within 15 minutes of reaching your home. If Memorial Concierge cannot deliver your order, or must make an additional delivery because no one is at the delivery address to receive the order at the specified time, you will be assessed an additional fee of $9.95 to reschedule the delivery at your convenience. If in the event that you do not want your groceries and request a refund, there will be 15% restocking fee.



Our trained Shopping Associate’s must pass through rigorous background checks and driver safety classes.

Do I need to tip

It’s entirely up to you, it is always appreciated. For your convenience, we have included on your invoice the suggested amount to tip your Driver based on your order total.



How do I check out

After selecting all your items, you can check out by selecting the ‘checkout’ link. Review your order information and delivery information. Specify any special instructions that you would like to give your Shopping Associate. Select payment method and submit. We will send you an email confirming your order, delivery time and date. The invoice will be emailed to you itemized with each item, quantity and cost. If you order your groceries over the phone or email/upload your groceries, we will email you your itemized invoice.

Do you accept coupons

Currently, we do not accept coupons. Please sign up for Newsletter and check your email for weekly offers.

Can I see orders that I have placed in the past

Yes, you can view past and current orders by clicking on ‘My Account’ at the top of the page.



How much do you charge for delivery



Monthly Membership Fee $19.95 - Unlimited Delivery! (Minimum of 3 months)

Next Day Delivery - Orders $60 to $200                           $5.95 gas surcharge

Next Day Delivery - Orders greater than $200                   $9.95 gas surcharge

Same Day Delivery - Order $60 to $200                           $9.95 gas surcharge

Delivery from more than one store                                  additional $9.00 per store

Next Day Delivery Gas Surcharge - Orders less than $60     $12.99

Curb Side Pick Up from select Grocery Stores                    $3.99  (Call to get locations)

Additional Fee for 2nd and 3rd Floor Deliveries                   $4.99 & $9.95

Next Day Delivery -     $6.95 gas surcharge

Orders must be placed by 9 PM for next day delivery. For same day delivery, orders must be placed by 12 PM.


There is a $12.99 charge for orders less than $60.

Promotional Codes

If you receive a special Promotion Code, enter the code during checkout and it will be applied to your total. Please note: most Promotional codes have certain restrictions that apply. Promotional codes have no cash value and can be applied only for online grocery delivery. Refunds will not be given for Promotional codes for previous orders.
