Rinse the turkey breast and pat dry with paper towels. Marinate the turkey breast in the refrigerator for 4 hours minimum and 18 hours maximum. Prepare the turkey breast for roasting by putting sliced onions in the roasting bag, then add the turkey breast. Roast for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F when taken at the thickest part of the filet. Remove from oven. To serve, slice on the bias and serve with roasted onion.
